Math camp can help your child maintain or improve math skills over the summer. Most students lose about two months of mathematical computation skills over the summer months (Cooper, 1996).
Math Enrichment offers English/Math combo camp or a Math Only camp for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. This camp has locations in San Jose, Cupertino, Fremont, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and San Diego. Register before Feb 5 2017 for $150 off!
Students in Los Altos may already be familiar with Coach K’s Mathletes program, and this year he’s offering a summer camp too.
Other camps mix math and other academic and enrichment topics, such as Communication Academy (Cupertino), Silver Creek Academy (San Jose), Science Smart Kids Camp (Santa Clara).
